I believe healing is both a science and a deeply personal journey.
With over 28 years of experience, I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and life’s most complex challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR—approaches that help you understand your thoughts, regulate emotions, and process past experiences in a meaningful way.
But beyond the methods, my approach is simple:

My mission is to guide individuals back to themselves—helping them heal from trauma, expand the restrictive thinking patterns, and discover their inner strengths. Through a thoughtful, evidence-based and compassionate approach, I create space for transformation, clarity, and a more grounded, fulfilled way of living. I support healing with compassion and provide evidence-based care to help you define your purpose and direction.
I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through this process, I empower you to challenge negative thinking patterns, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
